Our Program
Cheer and movement, thoughtfully designed for little ones.
Every session blends age-appropriate cheer, tumbling foundations, rhythm, and imaginative movement into a warm, structured 45 minutes. Children build gross-motor skills and body awareness while learning to take turns, cheer each other on, and perform with pride.
The four things every session builds
Confidence
Cheers, chants, and a mini end-of-session showcase give every child a moment to shine and be celebrated.
Coordination
Motions, jumps, balance work, and beginner tumbling develop strength, rhythm, and gross-motor control.
Community
Team cheers and partner games teach kindness, encouragement, and what it feels like to belong to a team.
Joyful movement
Music, props, and imaginative play keep energy high and make active habits feel like the best part of the day.
Age groups
Grouped so the activities always fit.
Little Sprites

What a session looks like.
- Held on-site at your child's preschool during the school day — no extra pickups or drop-offs.
- Typically an 8-week session, one 45-minute class per week.
- Small groups led by Jacqueline with all equipment provided.
- Each child receives a Little Spirit Co. t-shirt and bow (or an alternative option).
- Session ends with a family showcase so everyone can see how far the children have come.
